I am pleased to introduce myself as the new owner of Business Development Services (BDS). As an economic developer within Wisconsin, I have had numerous opportunities to work with the founders of BDS, Mary and Tom Avery, as well as Alison Benkoski, the former president of the company. When given the opportunity to purchase BDS, I leapt at the chance.
All of the associates have been retained allowing BDS to continue providing business planning services as usual. Our continuing focus will be to provide well documented and comprehensive business plans, marketing and feasibility studies and strategic planning services.
Working for the Wisconsin Main Street program over the past fourteen years as Ripon's downtown manager has afforded me invaluable experience in small business development and downtown revitalization. Through the purchase of BDS I am now able to expand the breadth of my consulting services to benefit small businesses, entrepreneurs and communities throughout the Midwest.
